Complaints & grievances
People need a clear way to question conduct, decisions, treatment or public information. Raising a concern in good faith should not result in retaliation.
This page describes the intended minimum process while accountable roles, escalation thresholds, record controls and review arrangements are finalised. It does not promise a particular finding or remedy.
The intended process
A submission is recorded and screened for urgency, safety, scope and access restrictions.
The person raising the matter receives confirmation when reliable contact details are provided.
The issue is routed to an appropriate reviewer without a material conflict of interest.
Relevant information is considered proportionately, and people affected may be invited to respond.
A response is provided where appropriate, records are protected and systemic learning is considered.
What you can raise
A grievance may concern behaviour by someone representing The Yuva Project, discrimination or unfair treatment, misuse of information or resources, a programme decision, a conflict of interest, retaliation, or inaccurate public content.
Safeguarding concerns should use the safeguarding route. Immediate danger should be reported to the appropriate emergency service.
Formal submission
Explain what occurred, who or what was involved, when it happened and what action you are seeking. Include only information you are authorised to share.
Anonymous concerns may be considered, but missing context or a contact route can limit review and response.
Online reporting not yet active
This form will open only after an accountable response owner, role-restricted access and an approved handling process are in place. We will not invite sensitive information into an unready system.
